We pride ourselves on delivering quality products to a wide range of customers, including restaurants, healthcare, and educational facilities.

What You'll Do:


  • Generate and submit reports to streamline our operations.
  • Conduct pricing audits to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Update order guides to assist our customers effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive contact lists for seamless communication.
  • Enter and manage orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate account setups for our online ordering system.
  • Oversee bid maintenance to support our sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated sales team and engage with customers to foster strong relationships.

What We're Looking For:


  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail to maintain our high standards.
  • Strong communication skills to build lasting partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to keep our operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • A background in distribution or food service is a plus.
