But there's always room for improvement...so we're looking for a subject matter expert with a background in accounting/finance and experience with financial software systems to assess and evaluate our products and ensure they meet the needs of industry professionals.

In this brand new role you'll use your accounting and finance expertise to:


  • Help engineers and other team members understand customer problems - and improve their general financial literacy
  • Test, review, and provide feedback on our financial products, suggesting improvements that align with customer expectations
  • Triage and replicate customer issues
  • Collaborate with product designers to help ensure products are user-friendly, consistent and fit for purpose
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in financial software, and testing processes and methodologies 
  • Assist with creating documentation, user guides, and training materials, ensuring their quality, consistency, and relevance 

We're looking for applicants with:


  • Extensive understanding of accounting/finance principles, concepts, and real-world usage
  • Software industry experience and technical aptitude
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer focus and a collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus points for:


  • Experience as a user, developer, or tester of financial software applications 
  • Familiarity with BI/analytics tools in a financial setting 
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience querying data via SQL or application APIs
