About the Role:As an EHP / Permitting Training Specialist supporting our Federal government client,you will be trusted to work closely with the client’s Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Team Lead and program teams to support the EHP / Permitting Technical Assistance workstream.Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the development and refinement of EHP-related TA materials
- Assist with EHP related data gathering and the maintenance of EHP Tracker and NEPA administrative records
- Develop training and educational materials on Permitting and Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) content based on client guidance and research of public government sources for Eligible Entity, subgrantee, and client staff audience
- Design visuals and images to improve readability and engagement of content, while adhering to client style guidelines
- Support tracking and coordination of external engagement requests and TA-related metrics
- Assist in integration with the Corner Alliance Communications team to schedule training and deploy educational EHP materials as requested
- Be responsible for quality assurance practices and fostering completion and accuracy of tasks
- Attend all required trainings; all trainings and technology enablement will be provided by the project team

Location:You will work remotely in the DMV area, with the ability to come onsite if needed. Required Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in consulting or related services
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of and experience providing one or more of the following:
- Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) support
- NEPA
- Permitting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Ability to be flexible and maintain professionalism while balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and supervisor and/or client direction/feedback
- Receptive to all forms of feedback from clients and colleagues, and proactive to make changes
- US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with federal and/or state grants management
- Tools – Experience with SharePoint, Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI a plus, but not required
