TechOp Solutions is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with exceptional communication skills, extensive experience in commercial and government administration of IT systems The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, efficient, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. They should be adept at supporting a team and collaborating closely with Government clients. The Lead Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, developing effective solutions, and facilitating continuous improvement within Government IT systems.
Must Reside in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia)
Responsibilities include:
- Government IT Systems Administration
- TRIRIGA Software System Management
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
- Process Improvement and Change Management
- Business Needs Analysis and Solution Development
- Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization
- Apply Agile, Scrum methodologies
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from an accredited University or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial/government administration of Government IT systems
- Five years’ experience working with the IBM TRIRIGA software system
- Experience in TRIRIGA systems architecture and function.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum or similar methodologies
