The OpportunityVistaVu is seeking an experienced Marketing professional with a wealth of experience managing and leading multi-faceted teams to join our Marketing team as the Marketing Leader. The ideal candidate will develop and execute the marketing strategy, oversee the marketing budget, manage the marketing team, and collaborate with other departments and external partners.How do you know you are a fit?

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and communicate a clear marketing vision and strategy that aligns with VistaVu’s overall goals.
  • Responsible for identifying our target market and various customer segments while developing brand positioning strategies.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity in the marketing team to foster experimentation and testing of new ideas and approaches.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and incorporate them into the marketing strategy.
  • Use AI marketing campaign strategies to position VistaVu’s SAP offerings in AI search engines.
  • Drive consistent social media campaigns on VistaVu Solutions branding, success stories, articles, SAP awards, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with the SAP marketing team on all relevant campaigns and ensure alignment.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team and foster a collaborative and inclusive Team environment.
  • Encourage ongoing training and upskilling programs to help the team stay competitive.
  • Research to gather insights from clients and harness the insights to drive marketing campaigns, strategy development and other marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business unit leaders to plan and produce marketing collaterals and corporate templates consistent with brand messages and voice.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to the most effective and efficient marketing channels and activities to drive engagement, brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Measure the impact of the marketing campaigns and initiatives using various metrics and tools. Share the findings and recommendations with the Executive team and other stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and establish lead qualification expectations for the Sales Development Representative team.
  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies and engagement, including quarterly NPS, completed testimonials and enablement tools.
  • Analyze competitor content, messaging and distribution tactics to create an effective content marketing strategy to compete in the market.
  • Stay updated on customer needs and the competitive landscape and guide the business on new opportunities and threats.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies, private equity firms, software advisors and vendors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including sales, product development, and executive teams.
  • Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and implement recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
  • Participate in US-based customer events as needed.

What experience do you need?

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or other related fields.
  • A minimum of 10 years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacity.
  • B2B marketing experience with demonstrated strength in various writing formats, ability to research complex topics to create compelling and relevant resources, and success in campaign management, online marketing techniques, and building retention strategies.
  • Experience managing various marketing/sales systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight social media, and Ad channels.
  • Innovative and can systematically recommend improvements to processes to drive better results in engagement, lead generation, and new opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving successful AI and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external marketing business teams.
  • Experience leading marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with changing market conditions and business needs.
