Dark Wolf Solutions (Dark Wolf) is looking for a junior
Software License Manager who can work within a team in supporting the software procurement lifecycle for a large Air Force program. Collectively, the team will be responsible for implementing software procurement best practices to help mitigate licensing challenges to boost productivity and optimize time and cost savings. As a junior Software License Manager, the ideal candidate will have solid organizational, writing, and communication skills; a general understanding of business practices; and an ability to work with technologies and technical solutions.
This is an in-office requirement with flexibility for some remote work. Available locations are Herndon, VA or Colorado Springs, CO) Duties may include by not be limited to the following:
- Assist with the support, management, and administration of contracts for software and application services and products across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with the Dark Wolf team and/or customers to collect technical requirements.
- Assist with the planning and development of project schedules and software implementation.
- Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM) to help determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding project schedules, delivery, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- College degree in Business Administration or a technical field.
- Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to obtain a minimum of Secret level clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with asset management.
- Experience with Jira or Confluence.
- Previous experience of working on Department of Defense contracts.
- Ability to support customers from different geographical locations.
This position can either be in Herndon, Va, Colorado Springs, CO or Ogden, UT, with remote/hybrid flexibility.
