In this role, you’ll spearhead strategies to engage top-tier candidates across all roles, partner with hiring managers to build a world-class team and elevate our employer brand. - Own the recruitment process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all our open positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, understanding their hiring needs, providing guidance and developing tailored recruitment strategies to hire the needed talent
- Source top talent: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top diverse talent in the market to build pipelines full of highly qualified candidates
- Recruit for a wide range of roles: Adapt recruitment strategies to successfully hire for a wide range of positions, including business, technical, non-technical, and creative roles, ensuring that each approach aligns with the unique requirements of the role
- Drive Employer Branding Initiatives: Collaborate with Marketing and PnC to enhance employer branding efforts, positioning the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and other channels
- Leverage data and analytics: Utilise recruitment analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimise the recruitment process
- Enhance candidate experience: Create an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a respectful and inclusive hiring process.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition: 4+ years of experience managing the full recruitment life cycle in a fast-paced work environment, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Versatile recruitment skills and sourcing expertise: Experience in recruiting for a wide range of roles, including business, technical, non-technical, and creative positions. Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top diverse talent
- Exceptional communication skills: You know how to make candidates excited and keep them engaged, ensuring they have an awesome candidate experience with Journee at any stage of their interview process. Your ability to pitch our vision will help us bring in the best of the best
- Strong organisational skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, effectively prioritising tasks to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Industry expertise and networking: Well-versed in the latest talent acquisition trends with a proven ability to network effectively, leveraging professional connections to attract top talent and stay ahead in the industry.
