The OpportunityResponse Labs, a dynamic digital marketing team, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect, preferably with an agency background. Whether at our Baltimore or Seattle offices or as a remote team member, you'll play a key role in leveraging SFMC and related technologies to enhance customer experiences and achieve business goals.Responsibilities include the architectural design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise-level omnichannel CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives.
Experience implementing automations and multi-touch customer journeys is required, as is working knowledge of AMPscript and/or SSJS.You will also need a strong grounding in relational data, including a solid foundation in SQL. Working knowledge of how to utilize REST and SOAP APIs in your solutions is a nice-to-have.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine technical requirements and capabilities needed for meeting business goals
- Design, implement, and execute digital CRM and loyalty initiatives inside of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure data integrity and manage inputs/outputs for client marketing campaigns
- Provide technical troubleshooting and advice on strategic issues
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in the Marketing Cloud platform
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of digital CRM, loyalty, or digital marketing experience
- 3-5 years of extensive multi-channel marketing operations experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Queries, Data Extensions, Content Builder, Mobile Connect, Journey Builder, Triggered Sends and Automation Studio
- Proficiency in SQL, and AMPScript or SSJS development
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams for building business solutions
- Technology delivery experience across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with data models and data feeds
- Exposure to platform integration concepts, such as utilizing APIs for interconnectivity and data exchange via flat files
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in SFMC implementations utilizing the Marketing Cloud Connector to synchronize data from Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, AMPScript, JavaScript), HTML, CSS
- General understanding of JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Jira, and Confluence.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s), such as Administrator, Email Specialist or Developer
