- Requirements design and implement web analytics solutions for our clients Forthea's Analytics and Technology team is responsible for defining and leading the data capture, testing, presentation, and strategy for clients.
- In this role, you need a strong consultative mindset and experience with enterprise-level web analytics platforms.
- You will also work closely with cross-channel experts to develop integrated strategies to drive the direction and focus of our digital marketing teams.
- You will also be responsible for translating the captured data into powerful insights and reports. what you'll be doing:
- Create and implement multiple client web analytics implementation projects at once utilizing Google Analytics and other tools as necessary
- Utilized client requirements to implement tag management utilizing Google Tag Manager and other tools as necessary
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for strategic optimization
- Be a data storyteller to relay information to internal colleagues and clients alike
- Create and maintain business and technical requirements documents
- Perform quality assurance testing post-implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years analytics experience
- Subject matter expert in Google Analytics with GA4 experience
- Subject matter expert in Google Tag Management
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Ability to self-manage a project from start to finish on-time
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects/clients simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an emphasis on client-facing situations
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts and terms it's a bonus if you have the following
- Experience: Experience querying data warehouses by writing SQL HTML and CSS
- Experience with data storytelling via Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Experience writing Python scripts to connect to APIs or to transform data Vendor certification in Analytics and Tag Management tools
