The Role
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market reach for our white-label online banking solutions tailored for credit unions and community banks. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel, online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
This position pays between 75k-95k CAD per year.
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive awareness and generate leads through various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, ABM, webinars, content marketing, and partnerships.
Create and leverage compelling content (i.e., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos) to engage our target audiences and support lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, optimize lead handoff processes, and track lead conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Manage the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and CRM system (Salesforce) to track lead flow, segment audiences, and execute targeted campaigns.
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for demand generation.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
Proven track record in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive leads and revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools (ie,, HubSpot,) and CRM systems (ie, Salesforce).
Self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
