- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Monitor logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Effectively resolve workplace issues that may arise (e.g., delays in delivery, accidents)
- Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
- Inspect products for defects and damages in order to properly label and quarantine that product.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Complete orders by processing POs, loading product, and completing deliveries by way of truck or van to and from vendor and project sites.
- Enforce inventory controls by collecting stock, locating orders, and printing requests.
- Implement the logistics strategies implemented by management.
- Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Determine appropriate transportation for shipping goods, preparing bills of lading, and ensuring proper packaging
- Promote clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Recognize and flag any and all safety hazards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience a plus.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to meet physical requirements

- Pursuing or has attained a degree in logistics or supply chain.
