Our software is used by thousands of scientists and pathologists globally, who are at the forefront of fighting major diseases like cancer. In this role, you’ll be a key player in the Product Management team, contributing to the strategic product roadmap and collaborating with engineers, designers, and other product managers to build impactful solutions that revolutionize pathology research and development.We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and expansion of our digital pathology platform, catering to both the essential needs of scientists and the advanced requirements of developers. Your responsibilities will include executing the product roadmap, enhancing the platform’s appeal for users who wish to build and integrate their own algorithms and AI for analysis, and driving initiatives to make our platform more accessible and valuable for everyday scientific research.What You'll Do

  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and cross functional engineering leaders and teams to determine product scope and vision, and deliver customer needs through the technology platforms
  • Defining and implementing strategies to enhance the integration experience for data scientists and developers, including API development, documentation, and community building.
  • Partner with cross-functional engineering teams, AI and data teams to define and implement technical integration strategy using existing and new API capabilities to provide seamless integration and workflow between solution platform, and internal or/and external developed (3rd party) AI, and other system applications
  • Lead agile ceremonies, including product backlog management, sprint planning, and team collaboration. Ensure clear visibility of progress and milestones to leadership. 
  • Conducting interviews to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
  • Assisting with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options with the scrum team, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise business requirements, and communicating these back to stakeholders.
  • Translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to the scrum team.
  • Leading backlog refinement sessions to ensure the scrum team has a clear understanding of the user needs and related requirements.
  • Developing and conducting peer reviews of the requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
  • Collaborating with the scrum team in the creation and review of specifications to ensure alignment with user needs and requirements.
  • Analyzing and verifying product requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
  • Use data analytics, user feedback, and product testing to maintain high standards of consistency and quality 
  • Support and participate in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the product

What we’re seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or scientific fields (e.g., Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences).
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in the Life Sciences or Medical Device space.
  • Experience working as an integrated part of scrum teams.
  • Experience in translating business requirements to product requirements, stakeholder relationship, managing roadmaps, and reporting
  • Proven experience with product requirements analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Self-starter that loves taking initiative with the self-awareness to know when to ask for help.

Candidates that stand out from the rest will have:

  • Experience building B2B SaaS 
  • Experience with software used in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Experience in working at or with startups.
