Bindery Operator for our
1st (6am - 2:30 pm) and
2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) to join our growing team and embraces our core values: passion for success, teamwork, respect, and integrity! If you thrive in a fast-paced production environment, have a keen attention to detail and familiarity with printing, bindery/finishing (folders, cutters, booklet maker, mailing equipment and more) or are eager to learn, this position may be right for you.

JOB DUTIES:Training will be provided but familiarity with some of the following equipment a plus:
- MBO pile feed folders
- MBO / Stahl continuous feed folders
- Muller Martini saddle stitcher
- Polar cutters
- Heidelberg cylinder die cutters
- Dick Moll folder gluer
- Laminator
- Punching and coiling
- Conduct simple repairs to keep machines running
- Conduct maintenance to increase machine life
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Commercial Bindery experience preferred. However, we do provide on the job training.
