Your primary goal will be to solve customer challenges and secure projects, making you a crucial member of the DACH team. You will represent the customer's voice to our R&D team, ensuring we design the best products. - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers in the DACH region
- Collaborate closely with Sales Director DACH to achieve company objectives and ensure alignment on customer needs and goals
- Engage and drive progress through the entire sales process (pre and post), securing that key technical milestones are achieved. You do this by leveragingyour personal strong technical skills, re-use established best practicesand engaging other key resources from within Zivid (Product/Engineering/CSU)
- Provide tailored technical support and trainings, bothremotely and on-site
- Conduct feasibility studies and manage customers projects from start to completion
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone calls
- Diligently use and take advantage of our CRM tool (HubSpot)
- Participate in trade shows, regional seminars and other marketing events to showcase our products
- Actively contribute to the broader team’s success through e.g.sharing best practices and other tools/resources that can impact customer engagementsglobally
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- B.Sc. or M. Sc. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent
- Preferably3 years applications experience with Machine Vision and Robotics
- Experience with Machine Vision tool suites and ecosystems
- Native German Speaker and Fluent in English
- Demonstrable programming skills in C++ and/or .NET and/or Python and/or knowledge ofROS
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented personality
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
