RoboMarkets is a multi-asset broker offering 7 asset types and more than 12,000 instruments for trading. Our company has grown rapidly in the past years and now provides professional services for institutional and retail clients from Europe. This role is a part of Compliance Department.In this roleyou will report to the Compliance Officer and work in a collaboration with IT Security and IT Development teams to ensure all relevant IT industry regulations are met.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement ICT compliance policies, standards, and procedures, regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in laws and regulations.- Ensure the organization’s ICT systems comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, DORA, etc).
Conduct and participate periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.- Identify and assess ICT compliance risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their implementation.- Educate employees on ICT compliance requirements and policies. Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness.- Monitor compliance with ICT policies and procedures. Report on the status of ICT compliance to senior management and regulatory bodies.- Investigate ICT compliance breaches and security incidents. Implement corrective actions and follow-up to ensure issues are resolved.- Assess and manage compliance of third-party vendors. Ensure that vendors adhere to the organization's ICT compliance standards.- Maintain comprehensive records of ICT compliance activities.
Ensure proper documentation of compliance audits and assessments.Requirements:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) are preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or related roles.
- Familiarity with financial and IT industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills and key competencies:
- Strong understanding of ICT systems, security protocols, and data protection laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
