Alliance Franchise Brands is seeking a Digital Marketing Director. The person in this position will manage a team that develops and executes digital marketing strategies and tactics for a B2B franchisor with approximately 600 locations spread across eight brands in the U.S. and Canada.
As a Marketing Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team, Franchise Members, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across various channels.
This is a hybrid work schedule with at least 2 days each week in the office
Essential functions
- Brand Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content that communicates the brand's message effectively to target audiences. Update websites with new photos quarterly.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand guidelines and standards.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Franchise Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to Franchise Members on internal and external marketing platforms.
- Provide help desk support for Franchise Member marketing issues
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and operations to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Coordinate tasks with other team members for Franchise Member relocations

Travel required
Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in marketing or a related field.
- Experience with creative development, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience conducting online research to identify marketing trends and platform updates.
- Proficient graphic design skills with video editing skills a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred education and experience
- Preferred experience in franchising or multi-brand environment
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
- Familiarity with CMS interfaces or strong HTML knowledge
