Our ideal candidate should be a highly professional, qualified individual who can creatively contribute to Capstone’s team. Capstone’s outreach and events team is responsible for helping build, develop, and maintain our expert network for industry experts, C-Suite executives, members of the Administration, and more. Our team is responsible for creating and executing multiple events, developing relationships with high level contacts, drafting memos and schedules, arranging event logistics, and more. Candidate should have at least one year of experience, preferably a background in events, excellent time-management skills, communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm, plan and execute multiple events, coordinate logistics for Capstone team and external speakers
- Act as Capstone’s official liaison with C-Suite executives, Congressional offices, associations, and more
- Partner with content strategy to support Capstone’s marketing efforts
- Support research team and stakeholder engagement during private equity projects
- Work closely with sales team to understand client needs and execute on engaging events for them

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, with high academic achievement
- One to three years of relevant experience, prior Hill scheduling experience or event planning experience is highly preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship
Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $65,000-$80,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool. This position is based in our Washington, DC office.
