Pharmacy Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to play an important role at AndHealth. This position is located in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Deliverables:
- Identify key milestones, deliverables, objectives, and timelines to utilize in developing project plans.
- Develop, communicate, and manage project plans in an efficient and effective manner.
- Identify and mitigate potential project roadblocks.
- Provide project status updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Manage small and large-scale pharmacy projects, including but not limited to, pharmacy buildouts, software integrations, partnership implementation, quality programs, and accreditation submissions and reviews.
- Work across departments to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of various program tasks and deliverables.
- Assess project needs and develop achievable timelines.
- Manage people, facilities, and other resources necessary to achieve target project launch dates.
- Improve organizational efficiency by developing tools and implementing consistent processes to achieve goals.
- Identify and utilize an easily accessible, user-friendly project management system/software.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders regarding project timelines, expectations, timelines, roadblocks, progress, completion, and follow-up assessment.
- Facilitate routine meetings to update stakeholders and leaders on project progress.
- Create an appropriate tracking mechanism for pharmacy team member onboarding and ongoing required document tracking for specialty pharmacy accreditation.
Education & Licensure Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational or job experience required.
- PMP Certificate required.
Other Skills or Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience is required.
- 3+ years of pharmacy or other healthcare is preferred.
- Experience using PMP software is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple things simultaneously
- Comfortable with technology and ability to adapt to new systems.
- The position will require some travel. Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
