We are currently seeking a Technical Reviewer with 5+ years of experience to join our team and fully embrace our commitment to deliver, grow and thrive. About the Role:As a Technical Reviewer supporting our Federal government client,you will be trusted to provide programmatic (technical) reviews for a program that aims to foster competition and innovation across the global telecommunications ecosystem, lower costs for consumers and network operators, and strengthen the 5G supply chain. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Review grants applications and evaluate technical aspects
  • Assess risks associated with proposed technical plans and provide guidance to their feasibility in the context of the broader application
  • Use an online tool/checklist and user guide and follow prescribed steps to review applications and move them forward in the application review process
  • Maintain quality conducting fostering completion, accurate, and timely reviews
  • Attend all required trainings; all trainings and technology enablement will be provided by the project team

Location:You will work as part of a dynamic team remotely.Required Experience/Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience 
  • Relevant experience in wireless communications and radio access networks in order to evaluate the viability and feasibility of technical plans put forward by a grant applicant
  • Experience with technical aspects of Open RAN, including the ability to assess if existing 5G New Radio RU inventions are ready to enter, or already in, the product development stage with the goal of bringing them to the commercial market
  • Familiarity with 3GPP specifications and/or O-RAN Alliance Conformance and Interoperability Requirements
  • US Citizenship required
  • W2 Candidate only
  • Public Trust Clearance required

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience conducting grants application reviews and/or providing post-award grants management support
  • Proficient with MS Office suite products
  • Functional experience using tools and systems to manage grants data and documentation
