We are seeking a
Healthcare AI Solutions
Architect that manage the overall technical relationship between Analytica and our customer, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency to accelerate their challenging, mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate will link technology to tangible solutions, with the opportunity to define or invent cloud-native reference architectures for a variety of use cases including the application of emerging AI methods and services utilizing AI-driven tools and techniques to elevate the user experience and satisfaction.
They will also participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts) and educate about Azure technology and industry trends.This position is 100% in-office at a client site in Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Partner with the team to design solutions for the client.
- Educate customers on the value proposition of Azure.
- Establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customer to enable them to be cloud advocates.
- Lead deep architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new and migrating existing applications, software and services on the Azure platform.
- Conduct deep-dive “hands-on” education/training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using Azure.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge.
- Transform existing workloads by designing modern target architectures optimized for business agility, innovation, performance, resiliency, cost, security, and more using native and solutions.
- Author or contribute to customer-facing publications such as white papers, tutorials, etc.
- Technical liaison between customers, service engineering & support teams.
- Internally serve as the voice of the customer, sharing their needs and wants to inform the roadmap of Azure features.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other technical field. Masters Degree a plus
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience including the implementation of AI methods.
