RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate must have excellent communication skills to complement an aptitude or interest in manufacturing process monitoring, control, instrumentation, and process technology. Customer relationships are paramount for our success and candidates must have the ability to work within a rapidly-growing, entrepreneurial team environment. As well, the following skills and abilities are desired:
- Well organized and attentive to detail, good analytical skills, report production and interpretation
- Strong sense of drive, initiative, and ability to manage simultaneous tasks/responsibilities and strong work ethic
- Well-developed communication skills (both oral & written)
- Good analysis capacity and sound judgment and problem solving skills
- Able to work well under pressure / in deadline driven environments
- Knowledge with PLC's Data communcation protocols by Ethernet
- Prior work experience in automotive manufacturing facilities is a plus
- Knowledge with Ignition by Inductive automation software is a plus
Requirements
- Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Advanced English skills, verbal and written
- Knowledge of PLCs, Ethernet, TCP/IP Communication protocols.
- Familiarity with Data collection / SCADA Systems.
