The OpportunityResponse Labs is seeking an Account Supervisor with digital advertising agency experience or brand equivalent to join our team at our Baltimore headquarters.As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your own accounts and supporting various senior leaders on their owned accounts, delivering on all client needs outlined in your account’s scopes of work. This position requires a mix of seasoned project management experience and excellent account service, client relationship and trust building.
As the client voice to the internal team, the ability to motivate and instill collaboration is key. Projects under your management will include CRM and loyalty marketing campaigns and the creative execution and development programming of email, SMS, push, and digital media assets. Response Labs’ expertise is very technical in nature so an existing eye or motivation to understand deep technical details is a large part of this role.You will be responsible for the project management of all projects, including shepherding all projects through our project management system, work cross functionally with internal resources to ensure projects are set up for success and executed on time, on budget and deliver on the strategy and client expectations. Our Clients look to and trust us to bring solutions at all levels and to be stewards of their CRM and loyalty marketing programs.
You must be able to balance multiple large complex projects with quick turn fast paced deliverables with a small, yet nimble team. The ideal Team Member is curious, self-motivated, and a quick learner, able to produce in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where switching between multiple projects and clients daily with a keen eye for detail is the norm.You’ll be part of the Response Labs Client Service Team. You will work day-to-day with Production, Strategy and Data, Media, Creative and other cross-functional Team Members to tackle each Client’s unique needs. Responsibilities
- Bring your deep knowledge of CRM and loyalty digital marketing to every aspect of your work.
- Meet the standards of excellent client service, maintaining ongoing client calls/communication, accurate and up to date status reports, agendas, recaps and internal priorities.
- Serve as the strategic and execution driver for your Clients, managing annual planning, ongoing strategic focus, and all day to day requests and communication.
- Have the ability to connect campaign performance between CRM and media initiatives to the business goals of your clients, taking a holistic view of campaign success.
- Lead strategic planning for Clients in partnership with the strategy team, leading plan presentations and assisting with scope creation and content planning for recommended initiatives.
- Review existing campaigns and projects, make suggestions for optimization of resources for increased performance.
- Serve as the lead project manager on your account. Owning the structure and day to day management of the internal project management system and all task progression. Build simple and complex project timelines and ensure all tasks are delivered on time by both the internal team and client.
- Manage budgets and resources for Client initiatives.
- Work alongside the strategy team to deliver campaign and project briefs providing objectives, strategies and execution details for the production team, ensure all work answers the brief and is on brand standard.
- Work alongside the Media and Data teams to deliver accurate and thorough reporting, with insights, to your clients.
- Take a vested interest in your clients business and their industries to provide thought leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience working directly with clients in an advertising agency, or similar position.
- Proven experience leading the planning, strategy and execution of digital projects (particularly CRM marketing: lead or customer prospecting, acquisition and/or nurturing; or loyalty programs) as either an account manager, project manager or strategist.
- Experience executing or managing the execution of the following digital marketing elements: email, digital advertising (paid search, paid social, display, etc), website/landing page development or updates, mobile push or SMS messages, creative design and copywriting, automated campaigns, and analytics setup, tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of email marketing and paid media marketing best practices.
- Ability to understand campaign data and work cross functionally to ensure insight driven recommendations for performance optimizations are communicated weekly.

- Experience in the following systems is a plus: Punchh, Paytronix, Braze, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Cheetah, Mailchimp, or similar enterprise-level loyalty and or messaging platforms.
