This role is crucial for developing, managing, and enhancing our educational content focused on GTM skills and leadership development, ensuring our members have access to the most relevant and impactful learning experiences within Pavilion University. As a pivotal member of the team, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff and play a vital role in shaping our Pavilion University endeavors.What You'll Do
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, Pavilion members, and instructors to develop and maintain a comprehensive course calendar that aligns with GTM best practices and member needs
- Manage the curriculum development process, including identifying content needs, outlining learning objectives, contracting with instructors, and overseeing the creation and delivery of course materials
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of engaging, interactive, and on brand learning materials, including videos, presentations, case studies, and assessments
- Monitor and analyze program performance, analyzing feedback from participants to continuously improve content and delivery
- Work closely with Pavilion University team members, marketing, growth, and customer success to ensure cohesive program offerings
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with instructors, partners, and members to enhance the quality and reach of GTM programs
- Manage the Knowledge Base to ensure GTM resources, templates, and artifacts are relevant, on brand, and useful
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or GTM enablement
- Strong understanding of GTM principles and best practices
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders
- Passion for education and professional development, with a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences
- A track record of using data to systematically evaluate and improve learning experiences and prove their effectiveness
- A proactive approach, with a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
- Organizational excellence–you have the ability to manage multiple projects and reprioritize as necessary
