We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our supply chain operations.
This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a global network of suppliers, driving efficiency, and reducing costs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop strategic relationships with new and existing global suppliers to work together to build world class products.
- Lead negotiations, contracting, and onboarding of suppliers.
- Build and manage a supply chain organization including procurement, inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse management functions.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to support new product launches and day-to-day business operations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or relevant practical experience working with technical products and suppliers.
- 5+ years experience working with a global supply chain, ideally with expertise in robotics, manufacturing, automotive, and/or consumer electronics.
- Experience in Southeast Asia preferred.
- Experience identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new suppliers for complex custom parts.
- Experience hiring and leading a team of supply chain and procurement experts.
- The position requires heavy travel, with up to 50% of the time spent visiting suppliers and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of supply chain operations.
