In this pivotal role, you will manage and support incoming and outgoing EDI transmissions coming from and being sent to our valued external business partners and customers. Your key responsibility will be to ensure that all incoming EDI is processed as expected and all EDI transmissions from RPM Freight Systems are executed accurately and promptly, facilitating timely payments for all shipments.

Additionally, you will be involved in data cleaning, data modeling, and communicating findings to stakeholders and your direct manager.  If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining smooth operational processes, we invite you to apply and help us drive success in our freight and vehicle transport operations.Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings effectively
  • Interpret data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Fostering a relationship with all the business parties (including but not limited to operations and finance departments) as a trusted partner in IT 
  • Work directly with the entire Integration Project Team
  • Produce reports and provide status of in-flight efforts as required  
  • Organizational and communication expectations 
  • Communicate with leadership regarding current account priorities
  • Communication of potential at risk features to management and stakeholders 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or management information systems
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude 
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of IT and computer science principles
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Expert in Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
