The Role:
Join us as a Delivery Project Manager and be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge training solutions in the dynamic data and AI industry. You'll organize, plan, and support the creation and delivery of both synchronous and asynchronous training events for corporate and government clients. Your role will involve scheduling and championing SME interviews, assessing client readiness and training needs, and meticulously tracking pre- and post-delivery timelines and training outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Act as the dedicated advocate for our clients, ensuring all their needs are met and championing the learners' success throughout their training journey.
- Communicate with the learning and delivery teams to identify deliverable timelines and coordinate team efforts, aligning the needs of the client to the schedules and offerings of the ID and Data Science experts on the team.
- Support and collaborate with the team to meet workflow and content creation timetables and deliverables.
- Organize, plan, and support the development and delivery of synchronous and asynchronous training events for companies and government clients as they build world-class training and coursework in the data science industry.
- Serve as a liaison between instructors and the content creation team for all stages of design with rigorous application of the ADDIE methodology.
- Scope and negotiate accurate project planning, ensuring resource-appropriate teams and time, while maintaining accurate control of budgetary deadlines and costs for all project deliverables.
- Communicate across project teams using a variety of project management tools to ensure alignment between requirements and course materials (including ClickUp and Jira)
- Maintain continuous course developments, updates, and deliveries across a portfolio of courses within a variety of data science disciplines in both VILT and asynchronous LMS format.
- Aid the ID team in crafting and editing presentations, job aids, and deliverables.
- Be a data advocate by analyzing course data and developing easy-to-understand visualizations for clients and team members.
Skills you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in project management, business operations, instructional design, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years in a project management or operations support role.
- Experience in a learning or teaching environment is preferred.
- Excellent time management and project organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with all Google and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Thought Industries preferred.
- Drive and willingness to learn about Data Science, and a passion for making that learning accessible.
- An understanding of instructional design theories, practice, and methods, or the ability to learn them rapidly.
While our roots are in Washington, DC, our employees span the globe, and you will receive support to work remotely effectively and collaboratively. Salary will be between $80,000-$95,000 annually.
