Your impact:


As an SDK QA Tester Intern at Amity Social Cloud, your efforts will directly contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our product quality. Your role involves detailed testing under the guidance of seasoned professionals, offering you a unique opportunity to influence the development process while gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a cutting-edge technological environment. By bringing fresh perspectives to our testing strategies and actively engaging in our agile development processes, you will help ensure that our products not only meet but exceed the rigorous standards our clients expect.

Your team:


  • Join the dynamic SDK Engineering Team at Amity Social Cloud, where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. As a key player in our team, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative environment that thrives on pushing the boundaries of in-app social experiences across various platforms. We are committed to agile methodologies, actively participating in scrum ceremonies, including planning and retrospectives, and working on a range of products from cloud-based social SDKs and UIKits to community networks and messaging services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Participate in testing and evaluation of new SDK and UIKit features across different platforms, ensuring they adhere to our high standards.
  • Work alongside experienced SDK QA Engineers and developers to gain insights into advanced software quality assurance processes.
  • Assist in applying testing methodologies and learn industry best practices for maintaining high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including product managers, product development managers, and developers, to understand project goals and integrate constructive feedback.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in software development and testing, applying this knowledge to enhance your practical skills at Amity.

Your ideal profile:


  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic standing.
  • You have a foundational understanding of software development and quality assurance, coupled with a keen interest in deepening your knowledge.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and demonstrate a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • You are an effective communicator, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • You are eager to learn about new technologies and are proactive about applying this knowledge in a practical setting.
