Overview:


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at RepeatMD, you will be the driving force behind our growth engine. Your role is pivotal in identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, igniting interest, and paving the way for our Account Executives to showcase the value of our platform. You’ll be the first point of contact, acting as a brand ambassador, building excitement, and ensuring that every touchpoint with potential clients leaves a lasting impression. By blending strategic outreach with personalized communication, you’ll help turn prospects into opportunities, fueling our sales pipeline and accelerating the success of our team.

Responsibilities:


  • As an essential member of our sales team, the SDR is responsible for initial outreach to business owners through a high volume of targeted outbound calls, texts and emails.
  • By consulting with prospects, understanding their needs, and making a great first impression, this position will help identify the next steps that guide prospects towards a partnership.
  • You will then execute a proper hand-off to one of our Business Consultants.
  • You will work closely and collaboratively with your manager and team to develop and implement effective prospecting and sales strategies.
  • Manage an ever growing pipeline of new business prospects in our CRM (salesforce).
  • Represent RepeatMD at the highest level at any Trade Shows that you may be invited to travel to.

Requirements:


  • 1+ Years of sales experience.
  • Willingness to work in a high-volume sales environment making 75+ outbound calls per day.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas simply.

  • Proficiency in Gmail and Google Drive.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly master our sales tools and internal tech stack.
  • Bonus: Experience or interest in the Medical Aesthetic industry.

We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team that is dedicated to transforming the medical aesthetics industry. The total compensation range for this position in the United States is $60,000 to $85,000.
