Overview


At Verkada, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our B2B growth efforts are no exception. We’re reinventing Growth here. As a Growth Manager, you'll be joining a highly selective team with educational backgrounds from Stanford, Princeton, MIT, and more, with a wide variety of career experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, previous start-up experience. The common link between all of us is that we like to have an impact and solve problems. You'll drive pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suites within the U.S.

market. You will play a pivotal role in building account-based marketing (ABM) for enterprise and global accounts.

Responsibilities:


  • Pipeline Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for enterprise and global accounts. You will get a large set of accounts that are of strategic importance to Verkada's growth. You will be in charge of the budget and the entire strategy to help our sales team win these logos. 
  • Scalable Infrastructure: Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.
  • Audience & Data Strategy: Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications: 


We’re seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in building scalable systems for outbound marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include: Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, Enterprise Marketing, Revenue Marketing: Experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on innovative and scalable marketing strategies. You could also be the first marketers at small startups with experience building from 0 to 1.  

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.

Annual Pay Range


Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).Estimated Annual Pay Range$145,000 - $190,000USD
