Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise SaaS Director to lead our efforts in selling our SaaS solution to marketing stakeholders looking to target and acquire small businesses. The successful candidate will leverage our vast community of small businesses and the robust capabilities of our Business Health Engine™ to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement for our partners.

Responsibilities & Duties


Here’s what you’ll be working on day-to-day, but as a nimble organization that puts our small business community at the forefront, flexibility is key, and other responsibilities may arise. 

  • Drive strong revenue growth for Hello Alice across our SaaS product offering.
  • Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Hello Alice as a SaaS partner to reach, engage and support small business owners.
  • Drive engagements at the CxO level and with Line of Business Leaders across complex organizations.
  • Understand and articulate compelling value propositions around Hello Alice services to accelerate customer adoption.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting sales targets.
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.
  • Proactively identify and implement new strategies to improve sales cycles.

Required Skills and Experiences:


  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS solutions, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Successful track record of surpassing sales quotas.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You understand early stage. You understand the need to work as a team for everyone to be successful. You know there are never enough resources, and every day presents a challenge. You thrive on “building it yourself” and the satisfaction it brings.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience leveraging knowledge of relevant products, solutions, and market trends.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data or market changes, to inspire, influence and drive strategic direction.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentations, active listening, and program management skills.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or other CRM tools

Physical Requirements


  • Ability to travel periodically throughout the United States.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment. Remote work includes working from a location other than a central office. Such locations could include an employee's home, a co-working or other shared space, a private office, or any other place outside of the traditional corporate office building or campus.
  • Ability to work for prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $140 - $170,000 annually plus eligible commission. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
