Your impact:
As an SDK QA Tester at Amity Social Cloud, your role is pivotal in ensuring the high-quality standards of our innovative software products are maintained, directly influencing user satisfaction and building client trust. By conducting detailed manual testing and collaborating closely with SDK QA Engineers and developers, you provide essential feedback that informs the development lifecycle, enhances product functionality, and ensures stability. Your proactive engagement with the latest testing methodologies contributes to our team’s innovation, keeping our products competitive and maintaining Amity’s position as a leader in tech development.
Additionally, your interactions with product managers and other stakeholders align development efforts with business goals and user needs, optimizing product strategies and delivering superior outcomes.

Join the dynamic SDK Engineering Team at Amity Social Cloud, where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. As a key player in our team, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative environment that thrives on pushing the boundaries of in-app social experiences across various platforms. We are committed to agile methodologies, actively participating in scrum ceremonies, including planning and retrospectives, and working on a range of products from cloud-based social SDKs and UIKits to community networks and messaging services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing of new and existing SDK and UIKit features across different platforms to ensure they meet the rigorous standards of Amity Social Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with SDK QA Engineers and developers to gain deep insights into the software quality assurance processes.
- Apply testing methodologies rigorously and systematically to detect and document software bugs and inconsistencies.
- Participate in continuous improvement discussions with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine product features and address feedback effectively.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in software development and testing, integrating cutting-edge knowledge and practices into your daily work.
Your ideal profile:
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- You possess a keen interest in software development and quality assurance, coupled with a proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to projects.
- Your problem-solving skills are sharp, and you approach challenges methodically and thoughtfully.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate within a team setting.
- You are eager to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in software QA and apply them to improve product quality.
