About this Role:
Infinitive is looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, assertive, proactive, open & honest, results oriented, and adaptable. The ideal candidate has experience identifying and generating leads for a B2B professional services organization. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Infinitive, you will be responsible for partnering with the market development team to sell into net-new accounts.We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative who will:
- Conduct lead generation and prospecting through active networking, personal/strategic emails and email campaigns, phone calls, and social messaging.
- Utilize business acumen to research potential clients, senior level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to create detailed outreach plans.
- Proactively schedule calls with prospects via phone and/or email, including cold calling.
- Educate prospective clients on Infinitive’s offerings and value proposition.
- Qualify and uncover prospective client’s needs, goals, and pain points to determine if Infinitive’s services are a viable option.
- Partner with market developers to create tailored account and/or industry sales plans, with the goal of helping them surpass their quarterly sales targets.
- Achieve monthly quotas of 8-10 meetings scheduled (subject to change).
Additionally, the ideal candidate has:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably B2B professional services.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales and KPI targets.
- The ability to quickly develop a rapport with prospective clients.
- Experience with LI Sales Navigator, SFDC, or SalesLoft.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and develop their sales acumen.
- A self-starter attitude that can manage ambiguity effectively.
