What you’ll be working on:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and trading volume.
- Identifying, recruiting and onboarding new affiliate partners that align with our business goals.
- Managing the relationships with existing affiliates alongside our affiliate BDs, providing support and resources to maximize their performance.
- Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to create compelling marketing materials for affiliates.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Staying informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities in affiliate marketing.

About you:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within CeFi or DeFi platforms.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
