About The Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, healthcare technology, and SaaS platforms. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our healthcare SaaS product, from ideation to launch and beyond.

What you will own:


  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, requirements documents, and user stories.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and improvements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the product development process.
  • Present product updates, progress, and strategic plans to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

  • Work closely with UX to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ensure that the product meets high standards of usability, accessibility, and compliance with healthcare regulations

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including pricing strategies, positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market adoption.

  • Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of the product.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and other metrics to inform future product decisions and improvements.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The total compensation range for this position in the United States is $100,000 to $120,000. The total compensation package for this position includes benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.RepeatMD is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
