Only Verkada offers six product lines — video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace and intercoms — integrated with a single cloud-based software platform.Designed with simplicity and scalability in mind, Verkada gives organizations the real-time insight to know what could impact the safety and comfort of people throughout their physical environment, while empowering them to take immediate action to minimize security risks, workplace frustrations and costly inefficiencies.Founded in 2016 with more than $460M in funding raised to date, Verkada has expanded rapidly with 16 offices across three continents, 1,900+ full-time employees and 25,000+ customers across 70+ countries.The Supply Chain team is responsible for managing the end-to-end planning for all of Verkada’s hardware products as well as executing supply chain initiatives that enable Verkada to plan, build, and deliver products more efficiently. In this role, you will jump right into Verkada’s day-to-day operations by leveraging your analytical, strategic planning, and critical thinking skills to tackle a wide variety of challenges.

You will interface with various parts of the business including Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and drive SKU-level forecasts for one or more of Verkada’s product families
  • Monitor performance to plan and analyze sales trends (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to evaluate supply risks and implement mitigation plans  
  • Plan and manage optimal inventory levels to avoid inventory stock-outs and meet Verkada’s financial objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely inbound transportation and fulfillment of customer demand across global distribution channels
  • Identify supply chain improvement opportunities and drive projects towards completion

Requirements


  • Bachelors or Masters in a business-related or quantitative field (Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar discipline)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, inventory planning, or related fields. Experience managing electronic hardware is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel and/or Google sheets skills. Experience with SQL and visualization tools is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Pay Disclosure


At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range.

This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).Estimated Annual Pay Range$115,000 - $170,000USD
