🚀About the role: As a key member of our IT Operations team, you'll be the one bridging the gap between business goals and tech solutions. You'll be the main point of contact for our IT Ops team and other key business stakeholders helping to build and maintain our cloud-first infrastructure and creating workflows that keep everything running smoothly.If you enjoy working with data, finding those "aha" moments, and collaborating with many teams simultaneously, this role is just for you!
What will you do?
- You'll gather, analyze and aggregate business and functional requirements, including visualizations for ROI analysis and stakeholder meetings.
- You'll prioritize tracking potential issues by staying on top of the system enhancements.
- You'll monitor the health of systems that we use daily.
- You'll engage in effective communication with technical and product stakeholders.
- You'll collaborate closely with engineers to test, develop and employ new technologies within IT systems.
- You'll create detailed guidelines for the development team.
We might be a match if you…
- Have at least 3 years of in-depth, hands-on experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role.
- Possess basic SQL knowledge to navigate and query databases effectively.
- Are skilled in researching, analyzing data, and drawing insightful conclusions.
- Have experience creating ROI analytics, mapping user stories, and confidently presenting findings to business stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an ability to understand the technical requirements of business challenges, showcasing your analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Have a solid understanding of technology, enabling you to effectively bridge the gap between business objectives and software requirements.
- Have a good command of English (written & spoken).
- Are available in the afternoons – due to collaboration with the United States, evening meetings may occur. Rest assured, we prioritize work-life fit, respect everyone's private lives, and don’t work at night but we still must ensure that communication between the time zones is effective.
