This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and articulating Lambda’s value to technical and business stakeholders.
You will work closely with various teams within Lambda to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.Lambda is a leading GPU Cloud platform challenging traditional hyperscaler clouds.We have amassed hundreds of thousands of users, including large enterprise customers such as Microsoft, Rakuten & Intuitive Surgical. What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert in understanding Machine Learning training, fine-tuning & inference use cases for Lambda's GPU Cloud
- Sell to extremely technical audiences comprising C-Level & VPs of Machine Learning
- Balance a strong inbound funnel while also consistently out-bounding to C-Level, VP, Directors & Managers of Machine Learning
- Develop connections with startups (e.g., OpenAI, Adept, Character.ai) and enterprise customers (e.g., Walmart, Microsoft, Meta).
- Run a professional sales process comprising of detailed note-taking, Account Plans, picture-perfect Salesforce hygiene & forecasting
- Be willing to get on a plane to meet and present to senior engineering and business leadership teams
You
- Are extremely passionate about AI/ML and its benefits for humanity across drug discovery, robotics & more
- Can sell to a technical audience and open doors with engineering leaders
- Have sold Cloud services, GPU solutions or IaaS
- Possess self-awareness, pragmatism & detail-oriented are key pillars of your work ethic and personality
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, effectively working with internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing) and external partners and customers
- Have 3-5+ years of direct sales experience within startup and enterprise accounts
- Have 5-8+ years of technical sales experience with a track record of top performance
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the compensation for this position is $250,000 OTE. All of our roles have a 50/50 base/commission structure. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description. Leveling will be determined through the interview process.
