NextRoll is seeking a dynamic and experienced Connected TV Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Lead to drive our strategy, partnerships, and GTM efforts in the rapidly evolving Connected TV landscape. This is an instrumental role that offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Connected TV advertising and drive growth for the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  You will report to our Chief Business Officer and will be a senior individual contributor position. You will closely collaborate with the marketing, product, partnership and sales management teams in this role. 
You are passionate about technology, have a deep understanding of the media landscape, and possess the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.

Your charter will cover : 


Product and Partnership Strategy

  • Co-develop comprehensive product strategy for Connected TV offerings with the Product Management team
  • Guide partnership strategy to expand our ecosystem and market reach
  • Research and outline customer challenges as they embrace Connected TV as a medium
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions

Messaging and Positioning

  • Define clear and compelling messaging for our Connected TV products
  • Craft unique value propositions that resonate with target audiences
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue

Marketing and Sales Collateral

  • Create high-impact marketing materials to support product launches and campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Sales Enablement and Support

  • Enable sales teams through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions
  • Provide overlay support for key sales opportunities, from prospecting to assessment
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks and best practices documentation

Skills you’ll bring:


  • 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product management, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of the Connected TV ecosystem and advertising landscape
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven track record in developing successful product strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in digital advertising, programmatic platforms, or ad tech
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development

Additional Information:


Minimum salary of $195,144 to maximum salary of $241,617.60 + equity + benefits.The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors
