Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to vulnerable populations and those transitioning from or at risk of homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. Additionally, we implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veteran services, and health care sectors.

Position Summary
The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for managing users and usability across the organization’s cloud-based technology stack for the Finance department. Successful candidates will have an overall aptitude for learning and administering web-based technologies, with a focus on a positive end user experience. The Analyst will strive to understand how to best configure each platform to support the organization, including opportunities to leverage automation to streamline operations and communication.
The Analyst will work closely with the Financial Systems Manager, Finance department, and Data and Technology department to provide technical support, system customizations, customize and automate reports, and create and maintain tools and documentation to administer the systems.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems for user lifecycle management across financial systems, including determining roles and processes for user account provisioning, maintenance, and deprovisioning, in coordination with Human Resources Department and Data and Technology Department.
- Regularly assess license types, usage and availability across systems, identifying shortfalls and surplus in advance.
- Research and assess new or underutilized software features that may benefit the organization in part or in whole.
- Administer and configure financial systems to align with user needs and organizational priorities; systems include accounting and finance ERP system, reimbursement and payment processing applications, and budgeting and planning platform.
- Meet with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and process flows to configure, update, and maintain workflows in Finance ERP system and peripheral systems.
- Ensure user information is complete and accurate across all applicable platforms.
- Automate user provisioning across system to streamline onboarding and departures.
- Provide end user support and training for financial systems relating to system configuration, system errors, importing, and reporting and escalate to Financial Systems managers as needed.
- Perform data analysis and transformations to support importing large data sets, data/system integrations, data quality and integrity reviews, and projects relating to the finance systems and its data.
- Participate in projects relating to financial systems and its data in coordination with Financial Systems managers and other project team members across the organization and external stakeholders.
- Explore and implement opportunities to automate common tasks in ways that benefit the organization and eliminate duplicative efforts.
- Coordinate and communicate closely with stakeholders to ensure education and adoption of new functionality and processes.
- Assist Financial Systems team as needed.
- Work with software vendors to troubleshoot issues and challenges.
- Development of documentation for existing system configuration, functionality, and dimensions configurations and to support roll out of new functionality.
Requirements
Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience administering cloud-based business system is strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience working and/or administering a variety of cloud-based business systems (CRM, CMS, IdP, HRIS, ERP) and how they are used across a complex organization.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of pivot tables, PowerQuery, and lookup functions.
- Comfortable collaboratively troubleshooting with and coaching end users
- Strong listener, empathic, and curious.

- Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality.

- Experience or knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Physical Requirements
Candidates should have physical mobility for tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, twisting, and walking on uneven surfaces. They should be capable of performing stationary tasks like sitting for up to 6 to 8 hours a day. Additionally, candidates should be able to lift, carry, push, pull light to moderate weights up to 15 pounds safely. Requires mental acuity for analytical reasoning and document interpretation.Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
