About the Team:


The Commercial and Content Planning team leads the integration of all of Rothy’s marketing channels, in order to create a seamless and strategic approach when interacting with our customers. Overall, this team is responsible for reaching the right customer at the right time with the right message. 

About the Role:


The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will report into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager. This role will be a key liaison between the merchandising and brand marketing teams - interacting with our product on a daily basis. This person will be responsible for identifying the key marketing stories to tell our customers across channels and help fuel our growing retail pipeline. 

What you’ll do:


  • Own content planning and briefing for Rothy’s owned channels (E-commerce, CRM & Retail) 
  • This role is responsible for briefing creative & editorial partners on holistic content plans for Rothy’s owned channels. The resulting assets and content should be in service to the Digital and Retail teams in order to drive the business while pushing for brand consistency and elevation
  • Partner closely with the Product and Merchandising teams to clearly understand our seasonal product strategies, flow calendars, and design inspiration 
  • Work closely with your respective channel owners to deeply understand how and where customers are engaging with our brand and content, and build ongoing knowledge of what’s working to drive engagement and conversion
  • Develop an understanding around Rothy’s historical performance across these channels, as well as forward looking channel strategies and testing plans, in close partnership with cross-functional teams. You should be savvy with numbers and truly understand what’s driving the business and customer engagement
  • Support the Sr. Manager in maintaining the commercial calendar and holistic marketing communication plan to match back to weekly product focuses and marketing priorities 
  • Support the team on seasonal planning initiatives including preparing monthly product launch briefs to inform creative & editorial outputs 

You are:


  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments, managing several projects simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to gather weekly channel performance data to leverage in future marketing briefs and content plans 
  • Experience writing and presenting omni-channel marketing briefs to the broader marketing team 
  • Ability to lead weekly cross-functional meetings and prepare weekly agendas and meeting recaps
  • Experience presenting campaign results and insights to senior management
  • Continue to have a pulse on industry trends - particularly in the retail environment - to inspire innovation and new ways of thinking for the brand

You have:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in marketing and/or brand strategy for a consumer brand or agency (retail experience a plus) 
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Platforms (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.) 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects based on business needs 
  • Experience working in project management platforms (i.e. Wrike)

Pay range:


$82,000 - $96,000 annuallyBase pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.  This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.Please see our Privacy Policy here
