We're looking for a rockstar Performance & Development Manager to join our People Ops team at Kikoff!In this pivotal role, you'll craft an extraordinary employee experience that propels our team to new heights. From designing and hosting a high-impact onboarding journey to orchestrating seamless performance cycles, you'll be the catalyst for our team's growth and success by helping Kikoff define performance: how it’s measured, communicated, and most importantly, used to chart a path to achieve goals.
What You'll Do:
Hit the ground running by developing a mind-blowing onboarding program that gets new hires fired up and ready to make their mark from day one.
Own the performance management process, setting the stage for seamless performance cycles and training our continuous feedback muscle.
Culture eats strategy - unleash the potential of culture by crafting and executing a training strategy that fosters a strong company culture and establishes norms around managing, providing and seeking feedback, hiring, and performance management to ensure that our values are woven into the fabric of everything we do.
Partner department leaders to map out career paths that'll help our employees understand their current performance and help them get on the fast-track to success.
Be the coach and mentor managers dream of, empowering them with the tools and know-how to lead their teams to victory.
Keep your finger on the pulse of employee engagement, constantly seeking ways to boost morale and keep our team thriving.
Dig deep into data, uncover game-changing insights, and make bold moves that'll take our employee experience to the next level.
Own additional People Operation processes as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Proven ability to measure and analyze ambiguous, qualitative aspects of employee performance and engagement, turning intangible insights into actionable strategies.
Deep understanding of HR best practices, coupled with the ability to think critically and apply first principles thinking to determine when and why certain practices are most effective, and when alternative approaches may be more suitable for our unique context.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the EQ to initiate and navigate hard conversations
A bachelor's degree and at least 6+5 years of experience in the HR world, with a track record of excelling in performance management and employee development goals.
An HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
