FalconX has an incredible vision for the future of financial services. We have experienced historic growth over the course of the last with a purely organic sales process. FalconX is building out an industry leading sales organization and is looking for a Sales Operations Associate that wants incredible growth potential and can work in a fast paced environment. As the first sales operations hire, this role will gain exposure to the cutting edge of trading strategies as well as to the world's best hedge funds, private equity firms and venture capital firms.
Daily Responsibilities
- In charge of leading the RFP and DDQ process for FalconX’s largest and most strategically important clients
- Tasked with leading responses to RFPs, DDQs, and other inquiries
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are properly constructed, organized, reviewed/updated on a regular basis to ensure content integrity
- Complete high-quality written proposals, and successfully manage complex RFP projects against deadlines.
- Developing process(es) to manage a repository of content relative to common responses
- Maintain proficiency with our internal use of Salesforce and sales support functions, including Deal Support Requests, queues, reports, dashboards, and opportunity fields.
Other Responsibilities
- Report and provide insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the sales and marketing management team
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to interpret and communicate the financial standing and relevant information, particularly within the context of cryptocurrency prime brokerage. Assist in explaining complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and accessible manner, fostering transparency and building deep client relationships.
- Conduct sales training and mentor new and existing sales support analysts on all sales-related procedures, and also consult with external experts when appropriate
- Provide marketing operations support such as email distributions, collateral, and promotional inventory management
- Responsible for completing cyclical and quarterly due diligence reports.
- Complete high-quality written proposals and skillfully manage complex RFP projects and deadlines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to obtain and provide appropriate content for RFPs and various prospect inquiries.
- Lead and participate in impactful projects that drive efficiencies for the team and help support our internal stakeholders.
- Maintain proficiency with our internal use of Salesforce and sales support functions, including Deal Support Requests, queues, reports, dashboards, and opportunity fields.
Top Qualifications
- Experience at an institutional business such as an Investment Bank, Prime Brokerage, Hedge Fund, Private Equity Firm, Venture Capital, Mutual Funds, etc.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in supporting deals-desk processes, marketing ops, sales operations, RFP coordination management and/or RFP writing, marketing cloud
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills
- Impressive coordination and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, including great time/project management
- Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM applications
- Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience working directly and professionally with all levels of staff (i.e. executives, management, sales, legal, and peers)
- Outstanding and proven skills in decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving
- Deadline-focused with ability to work under time constraints while producing high-quality material
- Maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Salesforce Smart: Understand Salesforce’s culture, product portfolio, and organization
- Software used: BI Tools, SalesForce, DocSend, and DocuSign

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $110,000.00 - $140,000. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company’s equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies.
