About The Role
VSCO is looking for a creative, growth-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop, produce and promote compelling marketing stories that manifest as successful, engaging campaigns which highlight the unique value of VSCO for photographers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing lead to identify and execute best-in-class strategies and tactics to attract, activate, and convert photographers to VSCO membership. The right candidate for this role is a scrappy, hands-on, product marketing expert with great storytelling and multi-dimensional marketing experience.
Ideally, you are passionate about photography, you deeply understand the needs of photographers, and are a team player able to work well cross-functionally with business leaders while also driving outcomes independently.
In This Role, You Will
- Drive, develop, and execute marketing strategies that are aligned with our business goals; and are effective, efficient, and creative.
- Develop, run, and iterate on go-to-market campaigns for various products, stories, and customers, across various owned and new channels.
- Develop compelling product messaging that deeply connects with photographers that will propel them to discover and use product features as they become available. This messaging will manifest across many channels including case studies, videos, our website and blog posts.
- Work closely with our creative team to develop, optimize and update all campaign creative and content.
- Conduct analysis to ensure the performance of your marketing is driving the engagement and awareness required to meet our business goals, and iterate as required.
- Create alignment with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define and report on outcomes, and iterate on tactics and strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our core photographer audience; create, draw on, and share market insights regarding customer characteristics and behaviors. Work with product management using these insights to shape the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product marketing experience focused on digital products and/or subscription services.
- Track record of proven success developing and executing exceptional and creative marketing campaigns and programs.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated go-to-market plans, from research to concept to launch.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with a commitment to high quality output and professional standards.
- Experience marketing to photographers, professional creators, or similar.
- Experience using industry standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma for marketing development and operations.

Compensation
The base salary for this position may vary based on several factors, including the approved job level. The base salary range for this role is $167,000-$180,000. Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance. The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays.
We also provide paid sick time as required by state and local law. Additional benefits and perks contained in our standard employee benefits package are also offered for this position.
