You will also be managing and driving sales opportunities through strategic selling to negotiation and closing whilst continuing to grow the Deputy client base. You will work with Deputy’s larger customers, with above 250 employees. You will be supported by a team including sales engineers and BDRs/SDRs. Your curiosity makes you a thought leader, and your drive to succeed keeps you at the top of the leaderboards.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through customer facing meetings
- Build a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities within the mid market space
- Conduct detailed client analysis to understand their pain points, and quantify commercial impacts
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to senior stakeholders, tailoring the solution for each client
- Negotiate commercial terms and navigate the procurement process for complex sales engagements
- Become a subject matter expert for clients, advising them on key market trends and challenges, whilst differentiating Deputy from our competitors
Qualifications and Requirements
- 4+ years experience in new business development in the SaaS space
- Experience selling software solutions into complex environments
- Proven ability to build a qualified sales pipeline
- Previously involved in territory planning and execution
- Advantageous if previously worked w BDR and mentored them to achieve sales goals
