We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Temporary Office Assistant to join our team and support our CEO and office operations.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and reliable Part-Time, Temporary Office Assistant to assist with a variety of general office duties. This role will primarily involve monitoring and managing mail, assisting the CEO with day-to-day office needs, running miscellaneous errands, and supporting scheduling of meetings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and response.
- Assist the CEO with various office tasks, including but not limited to document preparation, filing, and organization.
- Perform miscellaneous errands as needed, such as purchasing office supplies, handling deliveries, and other related tasks.
- Support the scheduling of meetings, including coordinating calendars, booking meeting rooms, and preparing necessary materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling routine correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
- Reliable transportation for running errands.
- Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility for occasional schedule changes.
