The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our company’s growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen interest in technology and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
- Assist in developing and executing creative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to effectively engage with technical talent.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
