Our projects often require sophisticated interaction and interface design to transition from concept to build-ready requirements.
We are currently seeking a Digital Product Designer with a background in digital UX design. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of modern design practices, including AI-compatible design, accessibility standards, and inclusive design principles, to create universally usable digital products.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Workshop Facilitation and User Research: Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to understand use cases, user needs, workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Ideation and Concept Development: Engage in creative processes to ideate and refine concepts into practical digital product experiences and features.
  • UX/UI Design: Perform digital product design activities to craft aesthetically pleasing and functional digital applications and interfaces that align with project requirements and user needs.
  • Technical Literacy: Design with a mind towards technical feasibility, incorporate AI usability insights and accessibility considerations in the design process to ensure that digital products are intuitive, inclusive, and feasible.
  • Design Documentation: Effectively communicate and document interaction and interface components to streamline the handoff to engineering teams for development.
  • Proficient in Figma for designing and handing off projects to our in-house development teams.

CompensationCompensation at Digital Foundry varies based on factors such as location, role, skill, and experience. In compliance with California law, Digital Foundry provides a reasonable target base salary range of $60k - $90k.


Location: 


Our office is located in Tiburon CA, a short drive or ferry ride from San Francisco. We are looking for a candidate who is local and can work from the office with occasional remote work when approved by manager.
