We’re on a mission to bring truth to the internet by enabling digital identity verification in a new way. We’re starting by disrupting the antiquated Background Check industry, specifically focused on healthcare credentialing. About the Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will work closely with your team to generate introductory meetings for our Sales team. You will be a key player in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, creating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads through various channels such as email, phone, and social media, to educate them about our offerings and pique their interest.You will leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively convey how our solutions can address their challenges.
You will collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and follow up on inbound leads, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team.In this role, you will gain valuable experience in sales and business development, with ample opportunities for career growth and advancement within our organization. Your contributions will be critical in expanding our customer base and driving the company's success.
What You'll Do:
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities, including but not limited to making 50+ cold calls per day
- Identify key decision makers within target accounts
- Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings with Account Executives (AEs)
- Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of target accounts and breaking into net new logos
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personal
- Schedule and lead meetings with AEs to align with them regularly on how to pursue prospect accounts
- Ensure that all communications to prospects are done professionally with high-quality messaging
What You Will Need:
- 2-3 years of experience working as a SaaS SDR or Staffing Recruiter, looking to progress their career in sales
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quarterly quota (Proven
- Experience working both inbound and outbound channels
- Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, social selling, and being multi-threaded
- Passion for team collaboration, coaching and seeing others succeed - ability to lead training sessions for SDR’s
- Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management
- Strong organizational skills
- Self starter and motivated to learn and grow as a sales leader

- The expected base compensation for this role is between $80,000-$85,000 OTE, including $55,000-$60,000 as a base pay for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
