Role


  • Paynada is seeking a driven and ambitious Inside Sales Representative to sell our New Dual Pricing Program which eliminates merchants processing fees. 
  • The Dual Pricing program gives our entire inside tele sales team a cutting-edge product in the merchant services space. This program makes it easier to get more interested prospects in your pipeline and close dozens of bigger size deals.
  • Excellent opportunity to join a leading, national credit card processing company that has over a decade of industry experience. We offer innovative payment processing solutions to merchants and have put together a comprehensive package of products and services. 
  • Paynada delivers a consultative approach on the best platforms and equipment most suitable for each merchant.

Compensation


  • This is a W-2 position with uncapped earning potential and competitive commissions. The salary range for this position is $35,000 - 50,000 depending on experience and location. 
  • In addition, this position offers large daily, weekly and monthly bonus opportunities. 
  • Our successful inside sales representatives have made over $100,000 with our multiple revenue stream compensation package. 

Required Skills


  • Bilingual (Spanish) is Required
  • Minimum 2 years of RECENT Inside sales business-to-business (B2B) cold calling, networking, and closing experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 1 year of RECENT Merchant Processing industry experience is a MUST
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed
  • Proven outside or inside sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience in the following fields is beneficial, but not essential: Mortgages Sales, Energy Sales, Insurance Sales, Advertising Sales, Real Estate Sales, any B2B / D2D Sales

  • Strong phone sales ability, with assertive, positive, persistent style
  • Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
  • Goal-oriented and ambitious with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
