Role Mission:

As the Community Marketing Coordinator, you play a key role on the Marketing Team by assisting in the coordination and execution of marketing activities and by providing organizational support. The Marketing Coordinator works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and aims to enhance community engagement while upholding the company's mission of building exceptional communities. 
Measured Performance Goals: 

  • 90% of tasks completed on time 
  • Gross Home Sales 
  • Online Response Rate 

Accountabilities:


  • Collaborate with the Community Marketing Manager on tailored community Marketing tasks. 
  • Manage and resolve marketing tickets from sales and corresponding teams. 
  • Visit and evaluate community marketing maintenance and suggest improvements. 
  • Manage event tasks to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Provide onsite support for community and sales events, including occasional weekends. 
  • Maintain home inventory accuracy and oversee marketing material needs. 
  • Proofread marketing materials for accuracy. 
  • Oversee marketing storage, and order materials as required. 
  • Support in updating presentations. 
  • Assist in managing social media content and website updates. 
  • Support data input, analytics tracking, and reporting. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Overall Marketing Operations:


  • Partner with stakeholders to specify project requirements. 
  • Coordinate marketing requests and oversee project execution. 
  • Maintain inventory and manage collateral and signage  
  • Execute administrative support tasks, update departmental reports, and organize resources. 
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain smooth operational workflows. 
  • Assist VP of Marketing with all tasks as assigned to provide support to implement all marketing programs including coordination of digital, web, online and social initiatives as assigned 

Digital/Content Marketing:


  • Collaborate on content creation for various platforms. 
  • Support the management of Rhodes Enterprises' online properties. 
  • Maintain a library of marketing and research assets and respond to content requests. 

Event Operations:


  • Implement community launch strategies and lead marketing events. 
  • Aid in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings. 
  • Contribute to the Rhodes Event Committee organizing community events. 
  • Engage in recruitment and job fair participation to attract talent. 
  • Assist VP of Marketing with all tasks as assigned to provide support to implement all marketing programs including coordination of digital, web, online and social initiatives as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:


  • 0-3 years of marketing or related experience 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills 
  • Strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills 
  • Deadline driven and organized 
  • Customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority 
  • Understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines 
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to manage, coordinate, and deliver project deliverables/tactics to meet deadlines
